Who We Are

SHP Capital is a boutique corporate lender, providing finance to UK companies via bespoke debt solutions.

Our goal is to offer investors access to alternative investment opportunities at a competitive rate of return, whilst simultaneously supporting UK companies and helping them to grow.

Our team understands the unique challenges investors and borrowers face, and the boutique scale of SHP Capital enables us to provide highly bespoke and flexible solutions.

What we do

SHP Capital is focused on three areas of direct lending which are underserved by banks: alternative lending, property development lending and litigation financing.

With traditional banks retreating from small-sized loans, SHP Capital identified a niche market opportunity to focus on small-sized corporate loans of £2-£10m across these three focused strategies.

All loans are originated, assessed, structured, and monitored in-house, and we pride ourselves in our robust due diligence and governance processes.
